Description

Hydrosols, also known as hydrolats, are the aromatic waters produced during the steam distillation of plant materials.
They are a byproduct of essential oil production and contain water-soluble plant compounds, as well as trace amounts of essential oil.
This makes them milder than essential oils, making them suitable for a wider range of applications.
